Digital Analytics Executive

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our new and growing data science practice, for a Digital Analytics Executive. The Digital Analytics Executive will work with other digital analysts to deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and insights.

This position will allow the successful candidate to make a real difference by driving change through recommendations and optimisation for our clients’ digital initiatives including: websites, apps and digital campaigns. You will be working alongside other analysts based in the Tribal London office. This role is for someone who wants to make an impact working across the range of our clients, which include VW, SEAT, Exxon and others, by being proactive and identifying where opportunities are for our client to enhance or optimise their digital initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate skills across the following areas;

Insight and Analytics

  • Good with numbers with a background or education in a numerate area
  • Likes to work in Excel and make sense of numbers by visualising them using different graphs and charts
  • Can explain what numbers mean and is able to grasp basic statistical concepts
  • A keen interest in working in analytics and specifically digital analytics

Problem Solving

  • Good at working through problems and able to describe the steps taken to solve a problem
  • Able to troubleshoot errors and take a logical approach to identifying root issues

Team work

  • Must be a team player and be good at working in a team
  • Able to keep others informed of what they are working on and when problems or challenges arise

Communications

  • Have excellent written and spoken English
  • Able to convey complicated numbers in simple graphs and charts
  • Able to manage their time and project manage their own work

Industry and organisation

  • Shows an awareness of Digital Marketing, and an interest in how customers interact with a brand’s digital properties
